Bio:
Andrés began at MNR while an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota. He recently completed his Bachelors of Science in Ecology in spring of 2009 and is now serving in the capacity of field ecologist. His professional experience includes rare plant surveys, song bird and raptor surveys, and invasive species surveys for proposed timber sales, mining, pipeline, and electrical utility projects. Andrés is on the MN DNR list of
approved Endangered
and Threatened plant species surveyors and is currently serving as the
secretary of the Minnesota Native Plant Society.
